This two-day experience is an invitation to realign—through guided Equus Coaching, restorative practices, and meaningful connection with nature and self.

**No horse experience is needed. All work is done on the ground.**

Your Autumn Renewal Includes:

Frida Karsberg – Equus Coach & Intuitive Healer
Frida brings an open-hearted, energy-based approach to Equus work—bridging deep intuition with grounded, practical tools for growth and emotional release.

Together, Sue and Frida create a sacred, safe space for real change to unfold.
